Our Mission

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, secular and inclusive organization, established in 2019, and located in Sanford, North Carolina. Sanford Homeschooler’s mission is to facilitate and maintain a self directed learning environment by allowing our children to deeply engage with the world through their passions and interests. We embrace choice and freedom along with collaboration between peers, parents, instructors, and the local community. We pride ourselves on being a diverse group that provides an affordable, accessible, and non-coercive space for learning experiences and building community.
