Planned Absence: More than 2 planned absences each semester (planned absence is an absence for something other than an illness or emergency) will result in a review of your membership by our group administrators and may result in the termination of membership. If you are unsure about your absence, please speak with the SH Co-op Coordinator.

Unplanned Absence: We understand that sickness and emergencies can't be controlled and they will not be held against you. Please notify the SH Co-op Coordinator as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made for any positions you are volunteering for.

Dropping your children off unsupervised is not acceptable. Adult attendance is expected unless there is an illness or unforeseen circumstance. If a parent cannot attend co-op due to an emergency, your children may attend co-op if you have made arrangements for supervision with another responsible adult.
